The Hertford Charity Run : April 18th Sunday. 10.30am start £8-£10

This one takes in some of the scenic views and erm railway (don’t mention the R-word) around Letty Green :

“The first Hertford Charity Run was held in 2008 to raise money for the Mayor of Hertford's Appeal Fund. the run follows the pretty Cole Green Way footpath, leaving it to take in the villages of Hertingfordbury, Staines Green and Letty Green before returning to Hertford to finish in front of the imposing entrance to County Hall. Due to the width of the footpath entries are limited to 500.”
